REBOS OUTPATIENT PROGRAM OVERVIEW
REBOS Outpatient Patient Program is an intensive
outpatient treatment
program specializing in chemical dependency treatment. Through
cooperation
with existing inpatient facilities, a full continuum of care
is offered, The intensive
outpatient program is designed to provide either primary or
secondary treatment
of chemical dependency to meet each individual's needs.
This program is a multiple phase outpatient
program, which allows an individual
to enter the program at the level, which most suits his or her
needs. The program
is an “open ended” program so there is no waiting for a new
group to start. And, if
needed, an individual can remain in the active phase of treatment
longer than the
initial program plan specifies.
The program makes use of group and individual
therapy, education and
family involvement to provide the individual with the means
to achieve a
lifestyle free of mood altering substances which is healthy,
happy, and
comfortable.
The REBOS Outpatient Program, although not
affiliated with any other
12-Step program, makes use of the idea and principles of Alcoholics
Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, Alanon and Naranon. Cooperation
with these groups is actively sought and attendance is a required
and basic part
of every treatment and after care plan.
Prior to a admission to the REBOS Outpatient
Program, a thorough
assessment will be accomplished which includes physical needs,
psychosocial
needs and socioeconomic factors. This assessment, by trained
and competent
professionals, will determine the appropriateness of treatment
and the level of care
needed by the individual seeking treatment. If the person is
judged to be more
appropriate for treatment by another facility, a referral will
be made if at all
possible, REBOS will comply with all Federal and State guidelines
regarding
discrimination and confidentiality
Referrals to the REBOS Outpatient Program
will be accepted from all
sources such as Physician, Employee Assistance Programs, AA,
NA, Court,
Attorney, Clergy, etc. Self-referrals are welcome. Contact and
cooperation with
the referral source will be maintained as appropriate and with
the permission of
the individual in treatment.
