Flexibility has
always been the policy at Honest Abe, and our variety in the systems and wall styles is no
exception. Whether you want the look of the old Appalachian log cabin, a "western
flavor" or a more contemporary feeling, you can find it at Honest Abe. The Original Chinked system uses 6" thick logs, and is our most popular style. For a striking change in outside treatments, the Milled D features big, handsome rounded 8" X 8" logs, with butt-and-pass corners. Enhancing the original log-on-log, dovetail corner chinked, the Genesis systems picks up Milled D's inside theme-flat surface with V-groove. For a more conventional look-with the elegance of exposed post and beam timbers inside-our Timber Frame system is the perfect choice. Although we normally put cedar lap siding on the exterior, log siding in flat or rounded styling is available. |
